Laura Hovelsen Born and raised in the San Gabriel Mountains, Laura loves Los Angeles. She received her Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law. In addition, she has a Bachelors Degree from California State University Los Angeles in Criminal Justice. In Law School, Laura volunteered as certified law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. She was assigned to Pasadena and later to Norwalk in the Hard Core Gang Unit. While there she took part in murder trials, preliminary hearings, and drafted several motions. During Laura’s free time, you will find her hiking with her Chiweenie named Penelope, reading, or playing videogames.
